Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Rachael Watts was raised with a strong sense of service and compassion. At the age of six, her family relocated to Forsyth County, Georgia, where she would spend her formative years. Rachael graduated from North Forsyth High School in 2010, already knowing that her heart was set on a career dedicated to helping others—particularly in the healthcare field.

Growing up with a father who served as a paramedic for over 35 years, Rachael was inspired to follow in his footsteps. She pursued certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and successfully passed the National Registry. While working in the field, she found a passion for education and took on a role teaching EMT classes, sharing her knowledge and inspiring others to make a difference in emergency medicine.

In 2017, Rachael transitioned into a new healthcare role when she accepted a position as a Chiropractic Assistant and X-ray Technician. Over the next six years, she immersed herself in the world of chiropractic care and natural healing. It was during this time that she developed a deep appreciation for holistic therapies and witnessed firsthand the profound benefits they could offer.

Her curiosity and commitment to alternative healing led her to explore Cryotherapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy—two powerful modalities that support recovery, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness. These experiences sparked a new mission: to create a space where people could access innovative therapies that empower the body to heal naturally.

In 2023, Rachael took a major step forward in that mission by opening Cryobarics Impact Recovery, a wellness center dedicated to promoting healing through cutting-edge, non-invasive therapies. Through her work, Rachael continues to follow her lifelong passion of helping others feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Rachael is happily married to Dr. Forrest Watts, a respected chiropractor based in Cumming, Georgia. Together, they share a deep commitment to holistic health and wellness. They also enjoy life with their two beloved fur babies, Noah and Landon. Outside of work, Rachael loves traveling, spending time on the water, and practicing tactical shooting.
